Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of stonewickhome.com and any purchase you make from it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

This site is operated by Jude Dixon, trading as Stonewick Home. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Stonewick Home.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you're authorised to use the payment method you supply.

Products, descriptions and images

We work to describe every product accurately, but we can't guarantee that descriptions, images or other content are error-free or complete.

Product photographs are illustrative. Colours can vary between screens, and handmade or natural-material items vary slightly from piece to piece. Dimensions are approximate and given as a guide.

All decorative items are intended for their stated purpose only. Flameless candles, water features and lighting should be used according to any instructions supplied.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices can change at any time before you place an order.

Payment is taken in full at checkout. If your payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges we've received it, but a contract is only formed when we dispatch the goods.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including after confirmation, in cases such as: the item is out of stock, a price or description was listed in error, we can't ship to your location, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full.

Quantities of some products are limited, and we may restrict sales per customer or per household.

Cancelling and returning

Returns, refunds and your statutory cancellation rights are covered in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Delivery

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, which also forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not contractual guarantees.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, product photography, graphics, logos and page design, belongs to Stonewick Home or our suppliers and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, republish or use it commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, to submit false information, or to collect data from it by automated means without permission. We may terminate access for anyone who breaches this.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photographs, comments or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, edit and publish them in connection with our business. You confirm the content is your own and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Disclaimers and liability

We provide this site and our products with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude other warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of the site.

Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Stonewick Home against any claim or demand arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to it. Please check back before ordering.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections in your own country.
