Returns & Refunds
You can tell us that you wish to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. After telling us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
Starting a return
- Contact us through the Contact page and include your order number.
- Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
- Return the item with all parts and packaging where reasonably possible.
You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. A refund may be reduced if it has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return postage. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us promptly so we can arrange the appropriate remedy.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or suitable evidence that it has been sent back. Your statutory rights are not affected.
